LONG BOXES OR PADDLE CALLS:

I completely reworked my long boxes in 2003.
I talked to everyone about these rascals. I have read Neil Cost Talks Turkey at least
20 times. I have also bought or traded with many other call makers and studied the
construction and sound of these boxes to come up with A new design.
(I also want to thank Lamar Williams for his advice). These calls look almost like the
others but believe me, they are different. I will no longer say they are just for locating.
The new box will do it all. You can locate, yelp, cluck, cutt or purr all the way to the gun.
I am extremely proud of the new design. My new calls will include butternut, cypress,
mahogany, poplar, sassafrass and more as I conquer the different species.
I still agree with the late Neil Cost, when he said cedar works best as a paddle,
but I will try most anything.
